SANITARY SEALANT (SANI-SEAL)

Information

PROPERTIES
Good adhesion to glass, ceramics, enamel, metals and painted surfaces. Resistant to moisture, water and detergents; especially resistant to mould and fungi (contains fungicides);

BASE / SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of dust, grease, oils and other contaminants.

CONSUMPTION AND OUTPUT
Depending on the width of the seam. Given seam measurements 4 x 6 mm, output 12,9 m.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store at a temperature between + 5 °C and + 25 °C.

SHELF LIFE
When stored in the original package – 24 months after the date of production.

ATTENTION! WORK SAFETY Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Remove cap, cut off the injection tip, put the cap back on, and trim it at a certain angle to a diameter that matches the width of the joint. The sealant is applied manually or using pneumatic gun at a temperature between + 5 °C and + 40 °C. Within 5 minutes after application, the sealant must be levelled with the help of spatula. Soap solutions acts as an excellent aid. Cannot be painted. Heat-resistance: from -50 °C to + +160 °C. After having completed the work, wash used tool with turpentine, and wash your hands with water and soap.
