HEAT RESISTANT SEALANT (HEAT 1200)

Information

PROPERTIES
Hardened sealant is resistant to temperatures up to + 1200°. Does not contain asbestos. Does not crack or crumble in joints of stable structures. Complete hardening after 24 to 96 hours. Do not use to seal expansion joints.

BASE / SURFACE PREPARATION
Application surface must be solid, dry and clean.

PREPARATION
Remove cap, cut in the tube's tip, put the cap back on, and trim it cornerwise, so its width complies with the width of the joint.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep out of reach of children! Professionals will be provided with the safety data sheet for this product on request.

SHELF LIFE Best for 12 months. Store tightly closed at a temperature between + 5 °C and + 25 °C.

ATTENTION! WORK SAFETY Wear protective gloves. After contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. After contact with eyes, cautiously wash with water. Protect from sunlight. If inhaled, remove person to fresh air.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Use soapy water to dampen the applied sealant, then use spatula to smooth and level the surface within 10 minutes. Heat the hardened sealant up, gradually raising the temperature.
