GUN FOAM (UNI-FOAM GUN)

PROPERTIES
Polyurethane gun foam. Regular consistence, thick, fast cure, size stability.

BASE / SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface should be clean, i.e. free of grease and other impurities.

CONSUMPTION AND OUTPUT
From 30 to 45 litres (depending on humidity and air temperature).

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store upright in a dry, cool place.

SHELF LIFE Best for 18 months after the date of production. Store tightly closed at a temperature between + 5 °C and + 25 °C.

ATTENTION! WORK SAFETY
Do not heat using artificial heat sources. Protect working area by covering it with paper or film. Ensure that there is proper ventilation during and after work. Working temperature: between + 5 °C and + 25 °C. Optimum canister temperature: + 20 °C.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Shake well before use (shake the canister approximately 30 times). Attach the canister to the gun. Fill about 70% of crack or gap with foam. Seams that are wider than 4 cm and deeper than 5 cm should be filled applying a few layers. Before applying another layer, wait 15-30 minutes, then dampen the surface with water again. Vertical joints should be filled from the bottom upwards. After approximately 60 minutes, remove excess foam mechanically. Protect foam from direct UV rays. After foam is fully cured it may be covered with plaster or paint, and drilled. Before foam is cured it can be removed using special means. After foam is fully cured it may be removed only mechanically.
