CONCRETE PLASTICISER FOR HEAT-INSULATED FLOOR (FLOORPLAST)

Information

PROPERTIES
Very good plasticizing chemical additive for concrete poured on the top of floor insulation system. The product improves concrete's ability to release heat and increases concrete's strength. FLOORPLAST is used to prepare plastic, sliding, easily levelled mortars; it helps to prevent mortar layering and reduces the required water content by approximately 20%. The result is a dense, homogeneous concrete structure. Floorings can be easily levelled to obtain a smoother concrete surface. Reduction of the amount of water helps to reduce the possibility of concrete cracking while hardening.
The plasticizer efficiency may be affected by the following factors: the amount of filler and its particle-size distribution, cement quality, and so on. Therefore, it is recommended to carry out tests using different quantities of fillings and additives before starting the work.

CONSUMPTION AND OUTPUT
Recommended amount of FLOORPLAST: 0.5- 2% of cement weight or 250 ml – 1 l per 50 kg of cement.

ATTENTION! WORK SAFETY
Keep out of reach of children. Use appropriate protective equipment for eyes, face and hands. After contact with body, wash immediately with plenty (!) of water.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Pour FLOORPLAST while preparing the mortar, i.e. after you have already added water, or mix with water to be used for the mortar. It is not recommended to mix this chemical additive with dry mortar components. If it is difficult to calculate the exact composition of the cement mortar, we recommend to mix 1/3 of water with cement, sand and gravel, and add the required amount of FLOORPLAST.
Next, pour water until the mix becomes plastic and easy to work with.
