WINTER MOUNTING FOAM (WINTER-FOAM)

Information

PROPERTIES
Foam can be processed after about 60 minutes at a temperature of + 20 °C and relative humidity of 60%. Hardened foam is resistant to temperatures between - 40 °C and + 90 °C. Working temperature: between - 12 °C and + 35 °C.

BASE / SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface should be clean, i.e. free of grease and other impurities.

CONSUMPTION AND OUTPUT
From 30 to 45 litres (depending on humidity and air temperature).

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store upright in a dry, cool place.

SHELF LIFE Best for 18 months after the date of production. Store tightly closed at a temperature between + 5 °C and + 25 °C.

ATTENTION! WORK SAFETY
Do not heat using artificial heat sources. Protect working area by covering it with paper or film. Ensure that there is proper ventilation during and after work. Working temperature: between + 5 °C and + 25 °C. Optimum canister temperature: + 20 °C.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Lowest working temperature +5 °C (optimum temperature +20 °C). Shake well before use. Before filling the cracks, damping of the treated surfaces recommended (except when the ambient temperature is below 0 °C). Attach nozzle to the canister's valve. When working, keep the canister upside down. Fill about 75% of crack or gap with foam. Before foam is cured it can be removed using detergent. After foam has fully hardened, remove unwanted scraps.
