WINTER GUN FOAM (WINTER-FOAM GUN)

Information

PROPERTIES
Shorter processing time, higher yields, and adhesion to smooth surfaces. High density and size stability. Foam may be processed after approx. 50 minutes under the conditions of +20 °C temperature and 60 % humidity, or after 4 hours given 0 °C temperature and 30 % humidity. Working temperature: between - 12 °C and + 35 °C. Hardened foam is resistant to temperatures between - 40 °C and + 90 °C.

BASE / SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface should be clean, i.e. free of grease and other impurities.

CONSUMPTION AND OUTPUT
From 30 to 40 litres (depending on humidity and air temperature).

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store upright in a dry, cool place.

SHELF LIFE Best for 18 months after the date of production. Store tightly closed at a temperature between + 5 °C and + 25 °C.

ATTENTION! WORK SAFETY
Do not heat using artificial heat sources. Protect working area by covering it with paper or film. Ensure that there is proper ventilation during and after work. Working temperature: between + 5 °C and + 25 °C. Optimum canister temperature: + 20 °C.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

ILowest canister temperature +5 °C (optimum temperature +20 °C). Shake well before use. Moisten the gaps using water sprayer (do not do so if the ambient temperature is below 0 °C). Attach the can to the gun. Fill approximately 75 percent of the gap. Seams that are wider than 4 cm and deeper than 5 cm should be filled applying in layers making breaks to dampen the foam layers. Remove foam using detergent specifically designed for that purpose. After foam has hardened, remove excess foam.
