PROPERTIES
Elasticity – the product ensures compensation of thermal deformation within the insulation system's life cycle, prevents façade structures from cracking and allows to obtain a stable base under the layer of plaster.
Resistance to alkali – acrylic is used to protect fibres from strong alkali in adhesives.
Resistance to stretching and traction – fibres do not break or overlap.
Mesh eye size: 4 x 4.
Density: 160±5 g/m².

ATTENTION! WORK SAFETY
Provided work recommendations are observed, the producer ensures the quality of the mesh. However, the producer will not be responsible for any consequences that may result from use of the mesh in other conditions, or for other purposes.
First, reinforce corners, then the entire surface. We recommend using aslant reinforcement in corner areas of doors and windows. Before coating the surface with reinforcing plaster, we recommend to additionally reinforce corners using braided glass mesh strips (approx. 20-30 cm).
The reinforcing layer should be laid mechanically, using at least 5 mm thick layer on the insulation surfaces, spraying the reinforcing mix, and levelling with brush. Next, press the reinforcing mesh into the levelled mix. The mesh should be laid vertically, from top downward. Next, connect the mesh sections by overlapping separate vertical strips (10 cm). The reinforcing mesh should be coated with at least 1 mm thick layer of reinforcing mix. In places of intersection of the mesh strips, the layer of reinforcing mix must be at least 0.5 mm thick; max. layer thickness – 3 mm.
Do not cover the insulating material with the glass fibre mesh and attempt to push the mix through the mesh holes from above.
The reinforced surface is considered properly installed and secured only if no folds, shifts and other deformations (or thread breaches) appear while embedding and coating the mesh, and the mesh is evenly distributed and stretched across the entire surface.
If the dried layer requires additional coating with the reinforcing solution, use the reinforcing mesh as well. The surfaces to which tiles will be attached, should be strengthened with the glass fibre mesh, additionally reinforcing the layer with studs and metal nail.
