PROPERTIES
This adhesive ensures ultra-strong bond. Set adhesive remains white and retains elasticity and durability. After the adhesive has dried, it can be painted over. Can be used for glueing horizontal and vertical surfaces. Odourless, solvent-free. Fully cured adhesive is resistant to temperatures between - 10°C and + 60 °C. Initial bonding strength – 200 kg/m².
BASE / SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces need to be dry and clean. Before applying the adhesive the surface must be cleaned from dust, dirt, rust, grease spots and other contaminants.
MIXTURE PREPARATION
The adhesive is ready to use.
CONSUMPTION AND OUTPUT
0.4-1 kg/m² (depending on working surfaces)
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature between + 5 °C and + 25 °C. Transportation temperature allowed may be up to -15 °C temperature (no more than two days).
SHELF LIFE Best for 12 months after the date of production.
ATTENTION! WORK SAFETY
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. After contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water. After contact with skin, wash with water and soap.
Remove cap, cut off the tube's section above the thread, attach nozzle and cut off the section that has the width complying with the width of the joint. One of the glued surfaces should be aerated. Apply the adhesive to both surfaces in dots or stripes (use mandrel), put the glued elements together, and compress them. Do not peel off if improperly glued. Adjust instead. After having applied the adhesive, you have additional 15 minutes to adjust the glued elements. We recommended applying the adhesive at temperatures between +10 and +40 °С . The adhesive fully solidifies within 24-72 hours, depending on temperature and porosity of the surfaces glued.
